:: Ordering by SMS ::

1. Text us your order with the format:

NAME, ORDER, FULL ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER to 08999105319

(check twice if necessary to avoid any mistakes on the ordering / shipping address)

Note: Please be patient and send your order with the format above.
Every order will be handled soon as we receive it, rude customers and repeated SMS will not be prioritized.

2. Wait for our response within max. 24 hours containing bank account number and other details,

complete your payment strictly 2 days from the the day you place the order.

3. After you're done purchasing, please inform us your bank account name & the amount of the payment.

We will get back to you after we accept the payment, please wait for approximately 24 hours.

4. Your order will be in process for max. 2 days, and arrived depends on your Tiki JNE service.

(REG takes 3-7 days, YES takes 1 day)

5. If you're ordering PO items, please wait for 2 weeks (14 workdays) and we will inform you once your order is ready.

2. We accept payment via:

- BCA (Indonesia), using Indonesian Rupiah / IDR

- and Paypal (International), using US Dollar

3. Wait for the email response from us within 24 hours (containing bank account number and other details),

please complete your payment strictly max. 3 days.

4. After you're done purchasing, click the link we put on the email to verify.

Please fill the form with the same data in your ordering form.

5. You'll receive another notification email from us within 3 days

from your verification day, containing connote number of your shipment

6. Wait for approximately 7 days from the day we sent you email,

until it arrives straight to your door. Enjoy your purchase! :)

If it's not there, fill the form or email us at riotsbarbie.order@yahoo.com with the same format you sent (ordering form, ask, etc.)

How to know my items shipping status, is it still pending or arrived at the wrong address?

- After you're done verifying your payment, we'll send you email containing the shipment connote number you can check here.

I think I did some mistakes when I filled the ordering form, what should I do?

- Email us at riotsbarbie.order@yahoo.com with subject 'Ordering Correction' & same format on ordering form. :)

I ran out good stuffs I want to buy, they're sold out already :(
