HOW TO ORDER 1. Text us your order with format: NAME, ORDER, FULL ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER to 08999105319 (please check twice if necessary to avoid any mistake on the ordering / shipping address) 2. Wait for our response within 24 hours containing bank account and other details. Complete your payment strictly max. 2 days from the day you place the order. Note: beware of scams, our ONLY bank account is under the name ‘Sonia Erika’. 3. After you’re done purchasing, remember to re-confirm by SMS (your name, order & bank account name). Your order will be shipped after one day process. 4. If you’re ordering Pre-Order items, please wait for approximately 14 business days and we will inform you once your order is ready :) TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. We are responsible to refund the money back if the item you ordered is no longer available. 2. Please check your order twice. For any unrecognized / false shipping address under buyer’s error, you will need to wait until the package is sent back to us. We will send it back to you and the shipping expense will be on buyer’s responsibility. 3. If you received wrong items under our errors, please promptly return it to our office (max. 30 days), we will send you the change and all shipping expense is on us. Any returned / broken items 30 days after the package arrived will not be our concerns. 4. If you haven’t complete the payment on ready stock item after 2 days, we will consider it open for other customers / waiting lists. Frequently Asked Questions - I’ve sent message / order but why I haven’t received any replies? Every order will be handled soon as we receive it. Please be patient, rude customers & repeated SMS will not be prioritized. If you still haven’t receive any replies after 24 hours, please re-text us again just in case we didn’t get your message ;) - I ordered pre-order items, it’s already 14 days and why am I still haven’t received my package? Please do remember 14 business days are counted from Monday to Friday. Under some conditions such as holidays / new year season, some packages might get delayed on the shipping. We’re trying to do our best so the package can arrive as soon as possible. :) - How long does it take for the package to arrive at my house? Depends on your JNE service. REG takes 3-5 days, YES takes 1-2 days only. If you haven’t received your package after 7 days shipping, please contact us immediately, we will give you the connote number & check on your package. - Are the sold-out items will be back in stock?
